Do you offer FREE SHIPPING? +

Yes, we offer Free Standard shipping on orders over $30.00 that ship to the USA. To qualify for Free Shipping, your order must amount to the $30 minimum after any promotional discounts have been applied and before shipping charges or taxes. Free Shipping is only available in the contiguous United States and to APO/FPO addresses.

Where is my order? +

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. Visit our Order Tracking page to input your tracking number and follow up on the delivery details.

Help! I can't find my tracking number.+

You should receive an email confirmation with a tracking number after your order has been shipped. If you still can't find your tracking number, log in to your account to verify your order history.

How do I exchange products? +

I recently purchased an item that is now discounted. Can I get the discounted price? +

Pricing on the website is subject to change without notice. Orders placed before promotions are not eligible to receive new promotions or discounts. Please read our Terms of Service for more information.

How can I get a refund? +

Refunds will be made to the original form of payment for returns received within 30 days from ship date. For more information, read our Returns & Exchange policy.

How can I cancel my order? +

What payment methods do you have available? +

At the moment, we only accept Credit/Debit cards, Google Pay, and PayPal.

How do I make payments using PayPal? +

PayPal is an easy way to make payments online. While checking out your order, you will be redirected to the PayPal website. Be sure to fill in the correct details for fast & hassle-free payment processing. After a successful Paypal payment, a payment confirmation will be automatically generated to our system for your order.

How do I make payments using Google Pay? +

Do you have a mobile app? +

Our store is fully responsive, and viewable on most web browsers and devices. We do not support mobile applications for our online store at this time.

What do I need to become a retailer for Royal & Langnickel Beauty products? +

You must have a retail license, a resale tax number and your sales channel must be related to health and beauty. U.S. Retailers must complete an account setup form using the button below. If you are requesting an account outside of the US, please contact beauty.usa@royalbrush.com.

Will I be able to sell products online? +

Yes, after your application is approved.

What is the pricing and minimum order for retailers? +

Pricing and order information is only shared with approved retailers. You will receive pricing and order information once your application has been approved.

Can I place my orders online? +

Yes, we will supply you with account and login information once you have become a Royal & Langnickel Beauty product retailer.

What if I need to update my account information? +

Where are my Brush Benefit Points? +

All of your points are still available on modabrush.com. We do not currently have a loyalty rewards program available for Chique Tools.

Why can't I access my Royalty Red Pro Discount? +

The Royalty Red® Pro Discount Program is not available for Chique products. If you are a professional artist and interested in Royalty Red®, please visit omniabrush.com or modabrush.com.

Can I recycle my brushes? +

While we do not have our own recycling program, you are welcome to recycle makeup brushes from any brand with the MŌDA Renew & Recycle program

Do you work with Influencers or bloggers? +
